All orders are carefully processed within 24–48 hours at our nursery. We take this time to ensure every plant is healthy, hydrated, and expertly secured for transit using our custom protective packaging.

Residents in the NY tri-state area benefit from our specialized local hand-delivery service. This covers all NYC boroughs, Long Island, Westchester, and all of New Jersey and Connecticut, ensuring the shortest possible time between our home and yours.

For all other continental U.S. states, we utilize standard FedEx shipping. While in transit, your plants are protected by our Safe-Roots protocol, designed to maintain stability and moisture throughout the journey.

Local deliveries typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Standard shipping for accessories or hard goods usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

What shipping methods are used?

Local deliveries are handled by our specialized Plantodama courier team. Standard shipments go through FedEx or UPS with specialized plant-safe packaging.

How are living plants packaged?

We use double-walled boxes and secure stabilizers to keep soil and moisture intact. Insulation is included during winter to protect sensitive tropical species.

What happens if I miss a delivery?

If you're not home, we'll follow your delivery instructions. We strongly recommend unboxing your plants immediately to avoid stress from lack of light or air.
